Do you work with Realtors?

Yes! We LOVE working with Realtors and we can get you paid 2xs your normal commission! We offer a finders fee upfront if we close the property, and we ask you to list it on the back end as well - doubling the average commission!

How soon are you accepting offers?

We typically show our properties within 48 hours after we send out initial marketing. Offers are due within 24 hours of our showing.

Do you do multiple showings?

No - we do one showing and bring as many buyers as we can so that the owner/tenant does not have to deal with multiple intrusions.

Do you accept sight unseen offers?

Not typically - we always want our buyers to see what they're purchasing and suggest sending a contractor/partner to the showing

What type of buyer/financing are you looking for?

For our off market properties - we are looking for a cash or hard money buyer. These properties can not meet the conditions of a conventional loan.

Do you "daisy-chain" properties

No - we are a direct-to-seller company and pride ourselves on being able to offer competitive prices on our off-market properties.

Why aren't you flipping them yourself?

Our crews are often too busy with our current projects and/or the subject property is out of their service range. So we share them with our partners - meaning you!
